This procedure is performed when there is not enough bone height in the back of the upper jaw to safely place a dental implant. By increasing bone volume in the area, it creates a strong, stable foundation for implant placement and helps ensure long-term treatment success.

Everything You Need to Know About the Dental Implant Process
The duration consists of 2 trips.
One to two weeks each trip. There will be a 6-month difference between each trip and you will be there for one to two weeks.
Do not smoke or drink alcohol for 4 weeks after and tell your doctor if you are taking any medication, after your surgery take the prescribed medication. Do not do physical activity 72 hours after.
You can take Ensure and Boost and eat a soft diet. Do not eat hot foods.
Drink cold liquids ( Smoothies, milkshakes or ice cream), avoid spicy or crunchy food
